"NLP is a usermanual for your brain!" Richard Bandler

"It's important to emphasize that NLP is an educational tool, not a form of therapy. We don't do therapy. We teach people some things about how their brains function and they use this information in order to change."[4]

Bandler selber sagt dazu: "NLP is an attitude and a methodology, … "

Neuro Linguistic Programming is the art and science of creating human excellence. It uses pragmatic models to quantify how we process information, how we structure our thoughts, and how this affects our behaviour. Applying these models enables us to take control of our mental, emotional, and physical resources so we can begin to create our own destiny. Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP): It's not psychology. It's not analysis. It's not logic or guided imagery. It's the science of the structure of your own experience – how you think, how you have feelings, how you perform every action, and how you can improve them.” John David Hoag:

«NLP techniques are the best processes for creating fast and long-lasting change in your life. Many other systems are good at discovering problems but don't give you tools for painless, fast, change.»
